Bryan brings over 12 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness field, backed by a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He’s been doing CrossFit for 10 years, coaching for 8, and holds a CrossFit Level 2 certification. Bryan has coached over 2,000 classes at RxFitness, specializing in strength training, CrossFit, injury prevention, and is passionate about helping others move better, get stronger, and build long-term habits that support an active lifestyle.
Outside of RxFitness, Bryan works in industrial sports medicine, focusing on ergonomic education and workplace injury prevention. He’s also a big foodie who loves exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene with his friends and girlfriend, still on the hunt for the best burger in the city. Lately, he’s been diving into his newest hobby: baking. He enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and expanding his skills by working with his hands.
