Start With Rx Basics!

Our Rx Basics package includes three introductory one-on-one training sessions (optional to bring a friend!) led by one of our certified coaches. You’ll learn foundational movements with barbells, basic gymnastics skills, and key strength-training principles to help you feel confident and prepared.

Bonus: After completing your intro sessions, you’ll receive one month of unlimited membership to put your new skills into practice in class!

was intimidated by some of the workouts and movements, and doing Basics definitely gave me more confidence and made sure I’d know proper technique. 

 

My favorite part was learning that anyone at any skill level can do it! I also liked getting to know the coaches, and the 1:1 time to make sure I had the right form for movements before trying a class.
