Our Rx Basics package includes three introductory one-on-one training sessions (optional to bring a friend!) led by one of our certified coaches. You’ll learn foundational movements with barbells, basic gymnastics skills, and key strength-training principles to help you feel confident and prepared.

Bonus: After completing your intro sessions, you’ll receive one month of unlimited membership to put your new skills into practice in class.
