"BREAK UP / MAKE UP" Valentines WOD

Two Parts (with a Partner)
Part A: "The Break Up" - EMOM for As Long As Possible:
1st minute: 1 Power Clean+ 1 Burpee
2nd minute:  2  Power Clean + 2 Burpees
3rd minute: 3 Power Clean+ 3 Burpees
etc...

RX 95/65# (RX+ 135/95#)

REST 3 MINUTES
Complete part A together, rest exactly 3 minutes, then start Part B together. Score each part separately. For Part A, each minute on the minute (EMOM) both partners attempt the sequence of Power Cleans and Burpees ("Death By" style), adding one rep per movement per minute…until one partner is unable to complete a round.

One partner complete round while other partner holds plate up to chest . 45/25#
6 rounds EACH.
